WHY EVE & ABI Catering

Evelin Martinez, affectionately known as "Eve," was born in San Salvador, El Salvador. From a young age, she developed a passion for customer service and sales management. After immigrating to the United States, Eve worked diligently in the catering side of one of the most famous catering companies in United States. She started as a cashier and worked her way up to become the point of contact for many clients in the DMV market.

After years in the restaurant industry, Eve met her business partner, Sandra, and together they decided to combine their expertise to create "EVE & ABI Catering." Their dream was to offer a fusion of international cuisine to customers in the comfort of their offices. Combining Abi's culinary expertise with Eve's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service, they have established a thriving catering business known for its delectable offerings.

Sandra Claros, owner of "Abi Azteca Grill restaurant," also hails from San Salvador. Her entrepreneurial spirit and her passion for the food industry led her to pursue a new path. While working as a restaurant owner, Sandra met Eve and recognized her exceptional talent. The two quickly became friends and realized they shared a dream of creating a catering business that could bring the flavors the international cuisine to a wider audience. With her 33 years of experience managing restaurants, Sandra proved to be the perfect partner for Eve's dream.

Together, Eve and Sandra have successfully realized their dream of sharing the rich and diverse tastes of Latin-American cuisine with the world through their catering business, "EVE & ABI Catering”.
